About
Cocoa Village Marina is the boating public’s waterfront welcome center for Historic Cocoa Village. We are located on the western shore of the Indian River at Intracoastal Waterway Mile Marker 897.5. Cocoa Village Marina features 117 slips, accommodating vessels up to 120 feet.
Our resort-style marina caters to the recreational boater, cruising sailor, area resident, and seasonal visitor. Boat clubs visit regularly.
Our unique Membership Plan offers "members" the ability to purchase a berth for their boat and earn rental income from transient and long-term renters.
The docks at Cocoa Village Marina are built with Ipe, one of the strongest wood materials available for withstanding the pounding of hurricane-force winds. Our docks also have a very high tolerance to mold, mildew, and fungus, thanks to this exotic hardwood's natural oils and extreme density.
Cocoa Village Marina is committed to protecting Florida’s sensitive habitat. We are proud to be designated a Clean Marina by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection based on our practices to address waste management through recycling, storm water control, spill prevention and emergency preparedness. To further protect the environment, a pump-out station is provided at every slip.
