Cocoa Village Marina sits on the western shore of the Indian River at Intracoastal Waterway Mile Marker 897.5 – midway along Florida’s east coast. From land, the Marina is on U.S. Highway 520, approximately 4 miles from I-95, and adjacent to Historic Cocoa Village in Brevard County.
Just outside our harbor, the Indian River lagoon provides protected waters for cruising, fishing, sailing, and other water sport activities. Convenient ocean access is only 12 miles away at Port Canaveral. Orlando International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the marina.
Things to do in Cocoa
When your boat is secured in your slip, you are just a short walk from the “Old Florida” charm of Historic Cocoa Village. Among the “must see” destinations in the village is “Travis Hardware,” one of the largest, most complete, and boater-friendly hardware stores to be found anywhere in the world. The village hosts a wide variety of restaurants and bars, and you can enjoy Broadway-style entertainment at the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse.

Sand and surf await you at nearby Cocoa Beach.
Nature lovers can head to the Ulumay Wildlife Sanctuary on Merritt Island, or to the extraordinary Thousands Islands for some fishing, hiking, paddling, biking and wildlife watching.
